Job description

  1. Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing materials and organizing catering if necessary.

  3. Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized office space.
  5. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  6. Handle general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  7. Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  8. Manage visitor sign-in and security procedures.
